Job Description
AAVA Brands Limited is on the lookout for an accomplished and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to join our thriving team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives aimed at achieving zonal objectives while overseeing and mentoring Area Sales Managers and field teams. Your leadership will be crucial in driving sales growth and cultivating strong relationships with our distributors and retailers.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, accompanied by 7–10 years of robust sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership capacity. Proficiency in the Hausa language is essential.
