Job Description
The Zonal IT Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing IT services within a specific zone or region. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as providing timely IT support to end-users.
The main responsibilities of the Zonal IT Service Manager include:
