Job Description
Road Mechanisms Limited invites applications for a Workshop Manager to lead our tire and lubrication operations. You will oversee installation, balancing, wheel alignment, puncture repair, and inspections; coordinate daily workflows and task assignments; ensure equipment maintenance and safety; monitor job quality and perform final inspections; maintain accurate job and parts records; manage tire inventory and initiate restocking; and train, mentor, and enforce discipline among technicians to uphold safety and performance standards.
