Job Description
TeamAce Limited: Our client, a distinguished Infrastructure company offering construction, traffic solutions, and procurement services, seeks a Workshop Manager for their location in VI, Lagos.
Job Summary: Responsible for efficient workshop operations and maintenance of construction equipment and vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising mechanics and technicians
- Developing maintenance schedules
- Managing spare parts inventory
- Hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Optimizing maintenance solutions
Requirements:
- BSC in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, 2 years in managerial role
- Strong technical knowledge in equipment repairs
- Proficiency in computer software and diagnostic machines
