House of Maufechi is seeking a full-time Women’s Fashion Manager to lead brand strategy, product selection, merchandising, and marketing. You will analyze trends and customer preferences, collaborate with designers and suppliers, manage buying and inventory, and implement promotions to drive sales. Responsibilities include training and supervising sales associates, monitoring sales and budgets to ensure profitability, and cultivating industry and vendor relationships while tracking competitor activity. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, sound analytical ability, and commercial acumen in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation: ₦100,00.00–₦120,00.00 per month.
