We are seeking a highly experienced Completion Operations Manager to lead and optimize all well-completion operations, focusing on technical excellence, operational efficiency, cost control, and safety compliance. This role entails planning the installation of downhole equipment, managing vendors, and ensuring timely execution within budget and regulatory frameworks. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, along with over 10 years of experience in well engineering, especially in completions, and at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in completion systems and engineering software is essential.
