Job Description
Don Quester Consulting seeks a full-time, in-person Wellness Chef based in Apapa, Lagos. The successful candidate will prepare healthy, portion-controlled meals and develop standardized recipes for weight-loss, vegan, and diabetic diets while ensuring GMP and food-safety compliance.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff and assist with ingredient procurement and quality checks.
- Develop and document recipes, manage portion control, and produce daily production and regulatory reports.
- Maintain organized records and work collaboratively within a small team.
Requirements: OND/HND in Culinary Arts, Food & Nutrition, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in healthy meal preparation; strong nutrition, portion-control, and recipe-development skills. Salary: from ₦200,00/month.
