Job Description
A Well Service Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of well service operations. This includes coordinating and scheduling well service activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing a team of technicians and equipment operators.
The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in well service operations, strong leadership skills, and excellent technical knowledge of well service procedures and equipment. They should also have good problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise well service operations, including well completion, maintenance, and workover activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide efficient well service solutions.
- Lead a team of technicians and equipment operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform inspections and monitor equipment to ensure optimal functioning and identify any maintenance needs.
- Prepare reports, including activity logs, incident reports, and performance evaluations.
