Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Section Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and managing a team of warehouse staff.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and allocate tasks to warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock storage and organization
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals and targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
