Job Description

Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure safe, accurate, and timely fulfillment. Supervise staff, manage inventory, coordinate receiving, storage, order picking, shipments, and returns while optimizing workflows to meet KPIs and quality standards.

• Schedule teams, enforce safety and quality protocols, and coach performance.
• Oversee stock control, process improvements, and coordination with procurement and carriers.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain effective use of warehouse management systems.

Requirements: Minimum 3 years in logistics or warehouse supervision, strong organizational and communication skills, WMS experience preferred, forklift certification a plus.
