Job Description
Alali Bar and Lounge seeks courteous, communicative servers for a full-time role in a fast-paced bar and lounge. Ideal candidates can multitask, perform basic payment calculations, remain on their feet for full shifts, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. One year of serving experience is preferred; however, we will train motivated candidates.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in similar establishments, POS proficiency, knowledge of wines and beverages, and food safety certification. We value teamwork, exceptional guest service, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
