Job Description
Vitalvida is currently seeking a Customer Service Intern to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Service Intern, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing general support. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
