Job Description
Full-time role (Ref: 80442638A-001). Posted: 12/1/2025. Responsible for resolving customer complaints and complex queries, following dispute resolution procedures, and delivering a consistently positive brand experience.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Social Science or related field; master’s/professional certifications advantageous
- Mandarin proficiency required
- 1–3 years in operations, channels, call center, helpdesk, support, or project implementation; telecom support experience preferred
- Familiarity with Stanbic IBTC products and credit procedures; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
