Job Description
Stanbic IBTC Bank, a prominent African banking institution with a legacy spanning 150 years, is currently in search of a skilled Virtual Banker for our Africa China Banking division. This full-time role is based in Victoria Island, Lagos, and requires candidates to hold a B.Sc in Social Science or a related field, along with proficiency in Mandarin and 1-3 years of experience in operations or customer support.
The Virtual Banker will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and complex inquiries while ensuring a positive brand experience. Ideal candidates should have strong computer skills and a solid understanding of banking processes.
