Job Description

We are seeking a Vice President, Business Risk and Control to lead enterprise risk management and strengthen internal controls across all business lines. You will partner with senior leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.

• Design and implement risk frameworks and control policies.
• Lead control testing, report risk metrics, and oversee remediation plans.
• Manage a team and coordinate with internal audit and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years in risk, compliance, or audit; proven leadership and strong analytical skills; professional certifications such as CRMA, CIA, or FRM preferred.
