Job Description

We seek a Venture Validation & Growth Lead to validate new venture ideas, design and execute experiments, and scale proven businesses. You will lead customer discovery, build and iterate MVPs, define success metrics, run A/B tests, and craft data-driven go-to-market plans.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in startup or product roles, strong analytical and UX acumen, and hands-on experience with growth marketing, experimentation, and metrics-driven decision making. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

This position reports to the Head of Ventures and offers the opportunity to shape high-impact products and drive sustainable revenue growth.
