Job Description
As a Vendor Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and accounts within the company. Your main duties include processing vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and negotiating contracts.
You will work closely with vendors to ensure timely payments, resolve any billing discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for this role.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and at least 2 years of experience in vendor management or accounts payable.
