Job Description
Bridgegap Consults Limited, a global leader in culinary product manufacturing, is currently looking to hire Route Development Executives (Van Sales Representatives) to enhance our operations in Ikorodu, Lagos.
Salary: N109,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve outlet coverage and sales targets.
- Develop and sustain robust customer relationships.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Comply with pricing and merchandising standards.
- Conduct market intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure the company van is well-maintained.
Candidate Requirements:
- OND or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience driving a manual sales van.
- Valid driver’s license and LASDRI card.
- Strong familiarity with local routes.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets.
