Job Description
As a User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users’ needs and preferences to inform the design and development of our products. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct user research studies, analyze data, and provide insights to drive user-centered design decisions.
You will be responsible for planning and executing various research methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help identify user pain points, gather feedback, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required to effectively communicate research findings and establish a user-focused mindset within the organization. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, are essential for this role.
