Choice International Group (CIG) is seeking a dedicated User Operations Head to enhance our user experience and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish user feedback channels, categorize feedback, and optimize issues.

2. Develop user lifecycle systems and membership management plans.

3. Analyze user data to identify high-value users and create tailored retention strategies.

4. Collaborate with departments to improve product features.

Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦600,00.00 per month

Education: Undergraduate (Preferred)

Experience: 3 years in Mechanism Development (Required)
