Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Upstream Business Development Manager. As the Upstream Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the upstream sector of the energy industry.
You will lead the development and execution of strategies to expand our company’s upstream portfolio, including identifying potential acquisition targets, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities, conduct market research, and assess the feasibility of new projects.
To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the upstream sector, including exploration, production, and project development. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a team.
