Description:
- Training and Recruiting New Advisors.
- Providing excellent financial guidance and advice to Advisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 team members.
- 3+ years experience in the insurance industry.
- Ability to sell necessary insurance products.
- CIIN Proficiency Certificate or NAICOM LICENCE.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement plans to achieve targets.
- Develop strong relationships with team members.
- Provide weekly feedback to management.
Qualifications: Higher Institution Degree (OND, HND, B.SC)
