We are seeking a full-time Team Leader to supervise 10–15 Financial Advisors. The successful candidate will drive team performance to meet monthly targets and become eligible for additional bonuses.

• Cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients, assess client needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Plan and execute campaigns, advertisements, and promotions to expand the client base.
• Coach advisors, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Compensation: ₦200,00–₦250,00 per month.
