Job Description
Job Functions:
To recruit, train, and develop Financial Planners and help Channel sales for the company. The Unit Manager will also ensure compliance while coordinating the Financial Planner’s activities.
Requirement:
- BSC/HND/OND in any field
- 3-5 Years’ experience in selling and managing a sales force
- NAICOM Agency proficiency certificate
- Excellent selling skills and good network within the retail market
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales target
- Ability to demonstrate remarkable leadership and management skills
- Strong ability to persuade customers
- Ability to gather information, compile data, and prepare reports
Knowledge of the Region:
Must have lived in the location for more than 2 years.
Salary: Position attracts both fixed, variable incomes, and commission
