Job Description
BRIT PROPERTIES NIGERIA LIMITED is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property units. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining property standards, coordinating with maintenance staff, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction. This role will also include budget management and the implementation of strategies aimed at maximizing occupancy and profitability.
Requirements: Candidates must possess relevant qualifications and have 1 to 5 years of experience in property management.
Salary: N100,00 Monthly.
