Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Travel Assistant to support our travel team with booking, itinerary preparation, and traveler support. The successful candidate will ensure smooth, efficient travel arrangements and exceptional service for our travelers.
- Arrange flights, hotels, and ground transportation; prepare comprehensive itineraries.
- Manage travel documents, assist with visa processing, and support expense submission and reconciliation.
- Provide timely traveler support and coordinate changes or emergencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of travel coordination experience, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with reservation systems and MS Office. We offer a collaborative environment, training, and competitive compensation.
