Job Description
Payvel seeks a full-time Travel & Tourism Specialist to advise clients on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, tours, and travel regulations in Nigeria and abroad. You will plan and book itineraries, manage reservations via GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), process ticketing and refunds, and coordinate with airlines, hotels, embassies, and tour operators. The role also involves promoting Nigerian attractions and ensuring compliance with travel requirements.
- Qualification: certificate, diploma, or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience with ticketing/reservations and knowledge of Nigerian and international routes
- Strong customer service, documentation, and problem-resolution skills
