Job Summary
We are looking to hire a young, committed, diligent, and hardworking individual with a bachelor’s degree or HND in any field from a reputable Nigerian institution with air ticket and reservation certification to fill this position.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: No Experience
- Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travelers
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Meet profit and sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND/BSc degree in any discipline
- Certification in air ticket and reservation
- Applicants should be polite and approachable
- Customer service and satisfaction-oriented
- Must have attended an aviation school and have a working knowledge of the aviation industry trends both locally and internationally
- Proficient with the use of one or more GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, etc.) tools for easy booking and reservation of airfares
