Job Description
Express Resource Connect is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Training Sales Executive to enhance the sales of our training programs in the South West region and potentially across Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with crucial decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
2. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
3. Develop and present monthly training and recruitment briefs.
4. Achieve or surpass sales targets.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven track record in sales.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
