Job Description
We invite you to join LOUIS VALENTINO PRIXAIR GROUP as a Training Manager. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing comprehensive learning programs, and ensuring that employees acquire the essential skills necessary for success.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of experience in training or HR roles. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of instructional design principles are vital for this position.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of ₦150,00.00 – ₦200,00.00 per month.
