Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Training Instructor to join our team. As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our employees, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Your main responsibilities will include developing training plans, materials, and curricula, as well as conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually. You will work closely with department heads to assess training needs and effectively address any skill gaps or performance issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Instructor or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
