Job Description
We seek a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives that build employee skills and improve performance. You will partner with managers to assess needs and develop engaging, outcome-focused training.
- Conduct needs assessments and design curricula aligned with business objectives
- Facilitate workshops, implement e-learning solutions, and support blended learning
- Measure outcomes, analyze effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree, proven experience in instructional design or corporate training, excellent communication and project-management skills, and proficiency with modern learning platforms.
