Job Description
We are seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that improve employee performance. You will coordinate training schedules, manage learning resources and the LMS, track training metrics, and support onboarding.
Work closely with managers to assess needs and recommend solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree; 2+ years in Learning & Development or HR; strong communication and organizational skills; LMS experience.
- Qualified candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
