Job Description
Bridge HR is seeking a Training and Brand Manager for our client, Pharma Ethics Limited, a transnational Pharmaceutical company based in Nigeria. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and supporting Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) for optimal performance.
Location: Lagos
Salary: NGN 250,00 – 400,00 (Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for MSRs.
- Design tailored training programs.
- Update training materials with current trends.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience.
- Degree in a related field.
