Job Description
Join Standard Bank as a Trade Reporting and Compliance Officer in Lagos Mainland. In this full-time role, you will maintain a customer-focused approach, specifically handling Form M, PAAR, and NXP queries. Your aim will be to deliver high-quality service consistent with our standards. You will enhance Trade Front End resource capacity, ensuring successful after-sales service and proactively identifying customer needs.
Qualifications include a relevant BSc degree, a minimum of one year in customer service related to trade transactions, general knowledge of banking products, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
