Woodridge and Scott Consulting is currently seeking a Ticketing Officer for our Lagos office, located in the Badore/Ajah area. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or customer-facing role, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.

Key responsibilities for this role include managing ticket sales, delivering outstanding customer service, operating ticketing systems, and ensuring accurate revenue management. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and familiarity with ticketing software.
