Job Description
Pruvia Integrated Limited is actively seeking a committed Ticketing Officer to join our Sales team in Lagos. In this dynamic role, you will engage with customers through various channels—including in-person, phone, and email—delivering outstanding service and ensuring a flawless ticketing experience.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately process ticket orders, provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries regarding events, and maintain detailed records of sales and inventory.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a BSc or HND in a relevant field, with 2-3 years of experience in customer service or sales. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Preference will be given to candidates aged 23-28 residing in or near Ikeja.
