Job Description: The Ticketing Officer assists passengers with travel planning, reservations, and ticket sales. Responsibilities include arranging reservations, providing travel information, selling tickets, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- SSCE, ND, or NCE in any field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Knowledge of POS machines and office equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Attractive (₦50,00.00 per month)
