Job Description
We are seeking a committed Ticketing Officer to join our team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing ticket sales, addressing customer inquiries, handling cash transactions, coordinating bookings, and overseeing boarding processes.
Your key responsibilities will include selling travel tickets, delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring precise cash handling, and keeping accurate ticket records. Applicants should have at least a Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND), possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a customer-oriented approach.
This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary ranging from ₦40,00.00 to ₦60,00.00.
