Job Summary
We seek to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with drivers, supervisors, and other relevant members to coordinate ticketing logistics.
- Booking details.
- Process ticket orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify and confirm customer information to prevent errors.
- Address customer inquiries related to ticketing issues.
- Collaborate with event organizers or relevant parties to coordinate ticketing logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event details and ticketing policies.
- Generate reports on ticket sales and provide insights for optimization.
- Accurately and efficiently managing ticketing processes for clients, transport.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in ticketing or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing software and platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Remuneration: NGN80,00 monthly
Location: Ojuelegba Lagos
