Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Ticketing and Reservation Officer to join our team. As a Ticketing and Reservation Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth ticketing and reservation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in ticket booking and reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel agents to secure bookings
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Ensure accuracy of ticket and reservation information
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in ticketing and reservation is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using reservation systems and relevant software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
