Job Description
Assist customers plan all aspects of their corporate/leisure travel by helping them reach their destinations via the best routes at the lowest cost.
Excellent Client Relationship Management Skills.
Handle customer flight requests and make reservations promptly.
Handle Local and International Hotel requests.
Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc.
Corporate Account Management.
Check daily queues and manifests.
Ticket issuance, reissue.
Any other assigned duties.
