Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks an experienced Ticketing & Reservation Agent based in Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Salary: ₦150,00–₦200,00/month. This full-time role involves managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, handling rebookings and cancellations, arranging hotel reservations, travel insurance and visa appointments using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Issue tickets, provide accurate fares and itineraries, and coordinate with airlines and suppliers.
- Deliver excellent pre- and post-travel customer service; handle complex rebookings and refunds.
- Requirements: 1–3 years ticketing experience and proficiency in GDS.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
