Job Summary
The Ticketing and Booking Officer will manage ticketing software and the booking and sales of tickets to various customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain ticketing software.
- Update records of ticket transactions.
- Process refunds or exchanges per company policies.
- Handle customer requests for ticket changes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Galileo software is compulsory.
- Proficiency in computer operation is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
