Job Description
Are you a motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to join our team.
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated geographical area and managing sales activities within that territory. Your main goal will be to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify new business opportunities. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to reach targets
- Identify potential clients and establish rapport
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Provide training and support to sales team members
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
