Job Description
Main Functions: Homeland Integrated Offshore Services Ltd is currently seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator I to oversee tenant services and daily operations. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with company standards, loss prevention protocols, and relevant legislation. Key responsibilities include managing mail and courier services, janitorial services, and office equipment maintenance. Effective communication with personnel is vital to ensure high service satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills, along with a foundational knowledge of real estate or facility management. A Higher National Diploma is required for this position.
Job Type: Contract | Pay: ₦20,00.00 – ₦70,00.00 per day | Location: Lagos (Reliable commute preferred).
