Job Description

Mecer Consulting Limited, a premier firm specializing in Human Capital Development and Business Growth Re-engineering, is excited to announce an opening for the position of Teller Officer. This is a full-time position located in Abuja (FCT).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
  • Maintain precise records and adhere to banking regulations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while promoting various bank products and services.
  • Ensure cash drawer reconciliation and address any discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Teller or in a customer-focused role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
