Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Maintain precise records and adhere to banking regulations.
- Provide outstanding customer service while promoting various bank products and services.
- Ensure cash drawer reconciliation and address any discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Teller or in a customer-focused role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
