Job Description

The Telesales Team Lead will lead a team of Telesales agents responsible for outbound prospect and customer outreaches, to ensure conversion, transaction, and retention. Responsibilities include creating sales models, preparing telesales scripts, managing the team, resolving customer issues, monitoring performance, and presenting sales reports.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in sales, marketing, or similar fields.
• Minimum 2 years experience leading a telesales team.
• Strong managerial and sales skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
