Job Description
Job Overview:
eRecruiter Africa is seeking an experienced Telesales Specialist for our client, a leading real estate development firm in Lagos. The role involves leading the Email & Telephone Marketing Unit to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Reports to: CEO
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement email and telephone marketing strategies.
- Lead a marketing team to meet campaign objectives.
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam laws.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email and telephone marketing.
- Leadership abilities and willingness to work weekends.
Pay: ₦300,00.00 – ₦350,00.00 per month
