Responsibilities:
- As a Tele Sales Marketer in our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our real estate services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads through effective communication.
- Keeping accurate records of conversations and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Providing information about available properties, promotions, and investment opportunities.
- Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Salary: N120,00 / month.
